The Hollis Brown painting is beautiful. It kind of reminds me of the infamous Kramer painting (Seinfeld). I am wondering how long it takes you to finish a digital painting.
I dunno, it depends which one. Most I don't spend too long on, especially if they're from life... If they're larger-sized then a couple hours, some of the sketches from life are more like half an hour to fifteen minutes. I waste a lot of time trying out different adjustments with contrast and color balance, and if I put in type or extra stuff like I'm trying to do now, I can spend a lot of time dithering over that. I spent a lot of time re-doing the border around the hollis brown one because it never looked right to me. It still kind of doesn't.
