I'm afraid some might find books-on-tape really lame, but I can't read and work at the same time and I'm behind in work.

A painter sketch, for fun and in my attempts to learn the software.

I know the image is completely without any accuracy to a real saltimbanque because I just made stuff up off the top of my head, but if anyone wants to educate me, I am interested. I have yet to see Cirque du Soleil either, he wasn't based on any character from that show. To my embarrasment, I checked the definition after the fact and realized a saltimbanque is a street performer, while I was imagining him in a circus tent. Like I said, its not accurate.

Look, [livejournal.com profile] pawpad, he has a ruff like Flower!

Thanks, painter is still a challenge to work with, but I am having some fun with it.

Thanks you! I think it was just a flat "palette knife" loaded with white. From messing around with it, I'm betting it would make a really quick & cheesy "Northern Lights" effect.
