He is half otter and half iguana. What should I name him?

If you want, they could be evil forest spirits, or faeries, or witches & warlocks... I dunno.

I love him. I name him "Zooloo the Warrior Gobert." The trees in the 2nd piccie are coo. I fancy the group to be forest spirits, the middle one being the spirit of fire. :)

My only reservation about that is it sounds like "Zulu" and I didn't want to imply any reference to any real life group or culture. "The Warrior Gobert" has promise, but then it kind of reminds me of Q-bert... still its got definite possibilities.
Kind of creepy to think of a forest fire spirit.

okay, okay..... how about... "Rochester III of the Nomadic RiverMongers" ??? 8D~

Yes, the concept of a Fire Spirit is strange. Certain species of Pinecones assure me that they honor and worship such dieties, the presence of which causes the continuation of their species. Hey, that's an idea. A forest spirit could have pine cones somehow incorporated into their costume, with the scaley-things all fanned open. :D YEAH...

Don't mind me, I'm just rambling. I want to draw forest spirits now...

he looks like an Olivero to me. Beautiful work; I love your sense of lighting!

For me, the name conjures up the image of him holding a martini. It will be thusly considered.
And great thanks for your kindness.

As usual, awesome stuff. Where do you get ideas for your stuff from?

I think you should name the otterguana "Grunty." =D

My strategy is to draw things that make no sense and then try to rationalize them later in any way I can. :D
The otterguana actually started from a quick head sketch of [livejournal.com profile] technobyrd's iguana, Rasputin.

Thank you. That's an especially nice compliment, since I've enjoyed seeing your work for a long time.

Nice touch.

Yes, awesome art, as usual.

Hmm... What to name an iguana/otter mix... Chipper Guanott? LOL

Oh... Literal Forest Folk. That's pretty cool how you did that. Yet again, b n_n d

Two names with a Gua- prefix. I like the fact that "Chipper" has a lot of contrast between the name and his appearance. Thank you!

Heh, you're welcome. n_n

Yes, I did get some amusement from the subtle irony. Mmm... I think the "Gua-" might be a little over done, though. Simplying the part of the species from i-gua-na. *shrugs*

Have you thought of any names for the little guy yourself that you care to share?

Todd thinks you should name him "Otauna" and he likes that you used a drawing of his evil lizard!
